Your privacy is important to the UECC. The collection of information (via Cookies or Forms) aim to provide you with services and a positive customer experience during the interactions. Any personal information (name, e-mail, phone number and other contact data) will be stored in customer systems hosted in the European Union and are subject to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Events organisation
The UECC organizes events such including conferences and webinars. Conference organizers have the right to alter or cancel the Conference without prior notice, however a notice of the occurrence shall be given as soon as reasonably possible.
This disclaimer applies to Conferences and Webinars organised by the UECC and any documents, information or opinions obtained from or ancillary to the events. You are advised to read this disclaimer carefully before accessing, participating in or making any other use of a UECC Conference or Webinar. The information included in this disclaimer complements the Website Disclaimer and Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) n° 2016/679 is applicable in the context of Webinars organized by UECC.
The purpose of the UECC Events is to provide information, clarification, training and promotion. The Conferences and Webinars may be recorded and the recording is kept online on the UECC website as long as considered to serve the overall information and training purpose for the general public. Recording of the Webinar will be announced prior to the event.
By registering to a conference and logging on to a Webinar, the participant agrees to the following:
personally identifiable information of participants may be heard, seen, read, collected, or used by UECC as the organizer and other participants
any communication or information transmitted during the webinar, such as voice, live instant messaging displaying names of those intervening, presentations, are available to the webinar audience and may also be recorded for further promotion and information purposes
The personal data collected and further processed are: data necessary for the management of the conference, such as name, surname, postal & e-mail addresses. UECC will seek to host any data on servers meeting principles to comply with EU data protection directive.
The UECC makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or suitability of information provided in the Webinars and related materials (such as hand-outs, presentation documents and recordings). The information contained in the Webinars and related materials are not intended to constitute advice of any kind or the rendering of consulting, or other professional services. Registration does not establish any contractual relationship with UECC.
The UECC Webinars are based on live video conferencing sessions, using 3rd party platforms. The content is LIVE, and hence is unmoderated, unfiltered and unedited. UECC cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from participating in the Webinars, neither for and not limited to, exposure to indecent, inflammatory, offensive or racist content
Photo Rights: Conferences may be documented by a photographer. Photos and videos will be taken during the meeting and may be published in traditional and/or digital media.
Data Protection: The personal data collected and further processed are: data necessary for the management of the conference, such as name, surname, postal & email addresses.
Storage Time
Your data is stored for as long as necessary to comply with its legal and regulatory requirements or to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected.
The data collected by the UECC for events is used for organisation and a timely follow-up of a conference (with additional information, sharing links or presentations).
